Shipping Policy – Topface Egypt

At Topface, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep across all of Egypt.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Cairo and Giza: Within 1 – 3 working days.

  • Other governorates: Within 2 – 5 working days.
    Working days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that a correct address and a valid phone number are provided to facilitate delivery.

  • If the delivery agent is unable to reach you after calling twice, the order will be automatically canceled.

  • If the order is not received after two delivery attempts, we reserve the right to suspend Cash on Delivery (COD) service for future orders.

Delays or Delivery Issues

  • In the event of unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.

  • If you face any issues with the shipping company, please contact us immediately. We will follow up to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In-Store Pickup

We currently do not offer a pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to the customer’s address.

Order Modifications

  • The delivery address or order content cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.

  • If there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
