Product Returns:
We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if not, we’re happy to offer a flexible return policy:

You may return products within 1 day of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all accessories and parts included.

A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

How to Return:

Returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively through the following Topface branches:

* East Hub
* City Stars 1
* City Stars 2
* Mall of Arabia
* San Stefano
* Open Air Mall
* The Yard

Customers must visit one of the branches listed above and provide their purchase receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return or exchange process.

Exception: In the case of a manufacturing defect, Topface reserves the right to arrange the return, exchange, or refund through an alternative method, including shipping services, after the defect has been reviewed and approved by the relevant team.

Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.

Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable.
Please review your items carefully before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
